Correct. The words are from a poorly translated video game, it’s very well known in the gaming community. It just so happens to match up beautifully with the strip which makes it hilarious if you know the origin of the text.

man this really reaks! bill watterson sure didnt rite THIS crap. i mean, the grammer is sloppy, lots of the words don’t make sence, i mean like ” what happen?” when clearly it should be what happenED, “all your base are belong to us” now that is just sad. any one with the slighest amount of intelegence could tell that was rong. the faults in this are countless.

I know not everybody is familiar with “All your base are belong to us!” but you will be if you click the wiki link I included after the other commenter said the same thing as you.
