Here is a brand new OEM rubber lens focus ring grip piece for a Nikon AF-S 24-70mm 2.8 ED lens. If your rubber grip section is damaged or missing this is what you need to repair it easily yourself!

This is the thinner of the two rubber grips located near the middle of the lens.
