We give a 120 day warranty on all parts and repair services. This warranty is limited to parts and labor only; the buyer is responsible for shipping the camera or part to us in case of a warranty claim. No warranty requests will be honored for cameras or parts with impact damage, water exposure, or other signs of obvious abuse or neglect.

    I am not on "social networks" :*) but I do want to add a comment to your page. I was absolutely pleased and astounded at your customer service.
    I had ordered a shutter button part for my Sony camera that Sony should have recalled, and tried to put it in myself. A piece broke when I installed and I emailed Thomas and asked about you installing the shutter button. He said send it in and did not charge me for another shutter button and installed it for a very reasonable price. PRICELESS. I got my camera back within the week, and saved hundreds of dollars over what Sony wanted to charge. I have given your name out numerous times and will so in the future. It was the human factor that got my business and will continue to do so. That is something I treasure... customer service in this day is ... well you know.
