All you do is securely ship us you camera (about $5 Priority Mail) with our repair form found below, and we will fix it and ship it back out within 3 business days of receiving it!! We have been repairing digital cameras for about 3yrs now, its pretty much all we do! (Well ok, we repair laptops too, you caught me!)
