We give a 45 day warranty on all lens repair services. This warranty is limited to parts and labor only; the buyer is responsible for shipping the camera to us in case of a warranty claim. No warranty requests will be honored for cameras with impact damage, water exposure, or other signs of obvious abuse or neglect.

All you do to start the repair process is make the purchase online and then securely ship us you camera (about $5 Priority Mail, please ship your camera in a box!) with our repair form and we will fix it and ship it back out usually within 3-4 business days of receiving it.
