We will inspect and repair your lens and ship your camera back to you for only $49.95 + 1lb shipping! All you do is securely ship us you camera (about $5 Priority Mail, please ship your camera in a box!) with our repair form and we will fix it and ship it back out usually within 3 business days of receiving it. Return shipping is included with the repair price, there are no extra charges for parts or return shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: This repair service is for MOST Canon lenses that are stuck and display the E:18 message on your LCD screen. If your lens attempts to move or doesn't move at all and you get the E:18 error we can most likely fix it! We will test the camera and inspect the lens, if it has a damaged lens barrel we cannot fix the lens, it must be replaced.
If your barrel is damaged, you can usually tell just by looking at the lens. Is your lens very badly damaged? Is your lens 'twisted' so that the wording on the front is no longer lined up properly? If so you probably have lens barrel damage.

If we cannot fix the camera, the only cost to you is $14.95 total for the inspection and return shipping! We will REFUND you $35 and ship the camera back to you. Please test out your lens before making the purchase of the repair service, and if you have any questions please email us.

If you don't want us to return the camera we can buy it from you! We will offer you fair value for your camera so that we may use it for parts.
