Returns

You must contact us prior to returning any item. Upon approval please enclose a completed copy of the Product Return Form.

Non-negtiable S/H charge includes cost for supplies, our time, etc.; we do combine shipping on multiple items when it is possible to do so.
All orders are shipped via US Postal Service. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY: USA ONLY
We do offer FREE pickup on items, MN tax does apply to your purchase price.
Most orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed (weekends excluded).
All orders are processed during business hours, Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm CST.

Money orders and cashiers' checks are accepted. NO TRAVELLERS CHECKS.
Personal checks are accepted. Allow up to 10 business days to clear this payment. No exceptions.
6.5% sales tax applies to Minnesota residents.

All items included with a purchase are clearly listed. If it's not listed IT'S NOT INCLUDED.
All items may be returned within 7 days for refund or exchange if there are any problems.
Working items may not be returned because you disagree with our rating of the cosmetic condition of the item.
Item condition ratings: Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good, Excellent, or New/Mint at our discretion
No restocking fee on defective items. As per industry standard, customers are responsible for return shipping.
The picture of the item on the website may slightly differ in color, shape etc. from the actual item that is being sold. We will do our best to include the picture of the actual unit.
DarnToothySam reserves the right to void any sale with typographical errors or mistakes. We will try our best to accommodate the buyer in such an occurrence.
We are a GOLD LEVEL PowerSeller on eBay; we do not rip people off or steal your money. If you have a problem with anything, PLEASE email us FIRST.

Please send all pertinent information (order #, name, address, etc.) with your check or money order or we won't know who it's from.
Only include the ACTUAL SHIPPING ADDRESS you want used with your Paypal payment.
